To return or exchange an item, you please email info@saferacer.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns without a RMA will be refused.
We only accept returns on new, unused items, and in resalable condition with all original bags, tags and accessories. Should any of the above not be met this will result in a 15% restocking fee. Items returned 30 days from receipt of merchandise will receive 100% money back. After 30 days, items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, returns will be refused and RMA will not be given.
