How do I return?
- Enter order number and email above and click start
- Follow instructions and select items to return, exchange or credit
- For exchanges, please confirm color and size for replacement
- Customer will get a confirmation email once the return is approved
What items are returnable?
- Customer can return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment
- Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
- Items must also be in the original packaging
- Gift Cards or promotional items are not returnable
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- There are no charges for returns, but customer pays shipping back
- We email a free return label when customer asks for store credit
- In case of exchanges, we cover any shipping from us to customer
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once return is created, we will confirm approval by email
- Refunds, exchanges or store credits are processed on the same day
- Refunds will automatically be applied to original method of payment
- Exchange tracking numbers will be emailed when shipped back
